REGISTERING
FOR YOUR TRIP
Ready to join us? Simply log on to our website and complete
our online registration form. We request a $600 deposit
for all trips. You can process your deposit online via PayPal,
or you can print out the registration form, complete it
and mail it with a check made payable to Vélo Classic
Tours. We also accept wire transfers for our International
clients into either our U.S. or European bank accounts.
WHAT'S NEXT?
Once you’ve decided on a trip and placed a deposit,
you will receive confirmation of your reservation. Your
trip balance is due 90 days prior to the start date. If
you’ve registered less than 90 days prior to the
trip start, payment must be made in full upon registration.
You will receive your pre-departure book approximately
30 days prior to the start date.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL? WHAT IF MY TRIP IS CANCELLED?
In the event you need to cancel your trip, the following
policy applies:
91 days prior to trip start date: Refund of deposit minus
$200 processing fee.
61-90 days: 50% refund of trip cost.
31-60 days: 25% refund of trip cost.
0-30 days: no refund.
No exceptions made for injuries, personal health crisis,
or work or travel related issues. Deposits or full payments
made are entitled to a one-time transfer valid for 1 year,
provided this is arranged 91 or more days prior to trip
start date. Vélo Classic Tours, Inc. reserves the
right to cancel any tour 30 days prior to start date. In
the event of cancellation, 100% of the trip cost will be
applied to an alternate trip or refunded in full. We reserve
the right to alter our schedule due to conditions beyond
our control. All prices subject to change based on the U.S.
exchange rate.
